We"re looking for a someone with just the right balance of sales and health care experience to become our clinical care coordinator, a new position that will help ensure we provide optimal care to our residents while evaluating the needs of prospective residents and offering them solutions. This position will align you with community leaders, allowing you to make an impact in the lives of seniors and their families while gaining sales experience and management skills. You"ll find opportunities for advancement in the nation"s largest senior living solutions company. You"ll conduct personal service plan reviews, assist in marketing functions and participate in strategy sessions. Your responsibilities:

*Assist in the achievement of occupancy goals

*Meet with prospective residents and family members to explain benefits of community care programs

*Ensure each resident"s personal service needs are met

*Conducts tours of the community with prospective residents

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • LPN license in the state of practice

  • One year of experience in assisted living or nursing

  • Working knowledge of computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate verbally and in writing
