Job Summary:

Responsible for equipping new sales associates with the skills need to be successful in a sales role.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Organize and deliver sales new-hire orientation program components for new sales associates.

  2. Equip new sales associates with skills needed to be successful through 1:1 coaching and small group interactions (e.g., role-play, ride alongs, webinars).

  3. Assess and communicate individuals" skill gaps and training needs to appropriate stakeholders.

  4. Track and analyze training results and outcomes using a variety of methodologies.

  5. Conduct performance consultation discussions to identify appropriate training interventions.

  6. Organize and deliver training sessions, virtually and in person.

  7. Collaborate with corporate sales training team to ensure consistent training of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.

  8. Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of sales training programs.

  9. Provide individualized coaching and development to the field as directed by the Director, Learning Programs.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.

  • Proven work experience as a front-line sales leader, sales trainer, or similar role.

  • Experience working in virtual operating models.

  • Solid communication, coaching, and presentation abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Up to 60% travel.
