Full Time HR Generalist

Provide Human Resources support and assistance to operations leadership in assigned Brookdale community(s)
Respond to and tracks calls from associates with questions, concerns, and feedback on HR policies, procedures, and practices
Coordinate, monitor, and support the pre-employment and random drug screening processes
Provide problem solving support and interpretive support to community leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Assist field Human Resources Directors with information gathering, problem solving and any special tasks, presentations or projects
Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Minimum of Two years of experience Human Resources, preferably in employee relations
