Your responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resources support and assistance to operations leadership in assigned Brookdale community(s)

  • Respond to and tracks calls from associates with questions, concerns, and feedback on HR policies, procedures, and practices

  • Coordinate, monitor, and support the pre-employment and random drug screening processes

  • Provide problem solving support and interpretive support to community leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Assist field Human Resources Directors with information gathering, problem solving and any special tasks, presentations or projects

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

  • Minimum of Two years of experience Human Resources, preferably in employee relations
